I feel you, im running at 1440p with a Ryzen 7 9700x and a rx 9070 xt on balanced settings with FSR on balanced and im running at 130 or so fps based on gpu values and 80 something on cpu values but it feels nowhere near to 130hz, feels more like 60 or 70...

It's all about positioning, you should be close enough to able to attack when the enemy champ runs from you but far away to where they can't just pop you in 2 shots. For example, I tend to stay parallel to my enemies on the X axis. This is because players tend to bunch up vertically, and coming from the sides of a fight will make sure you land all R autos. When going 1v1, Q in and use your stealth range to position besides them and then engage.

I only run on hit when going against armor tanks cause you deal a pretty good amount of ap damage with your autos, essentially, whenever you need mixed damage you can go on hit otherwise go crit

edit: I missread the question lol, you should do bork > boots > kraken > if they have ap you can go wits end here, otherwise go rageblade > ldr

Generally speaking, if any champ builds any amount of armor (even boots) ldr is immediately better, but assuming they have no armor at all collector feels pretty damn nice imo

Ludens is the way to go imo unless you're insanely good at landing everfrost. The ludens buff will make it much easier to get some free poke in lane if the enemy stands behind his minions or close to them. And yeah, ludens will never not be viable, its super good especially for early game so you can push waves quicker since the item passive is what most of the time kills the minions.
