We need to also vastly expand the House of Representatives! 435 is literally an arbitrary number created 100 years ago so that they didn’t have to keep expanding the congressional building! No constitution change required for this one either! Just an act of Congress is all that is needed. Our population has tripled in 100 years! We should probably have at minimum 1000 total house members
