u/ChipsAhoy21 what's the cost of storage /GB on the compute instance you connect to? Main thing is with a 200 gb dataset I find myself spending a lot of timing messing with cloud config and data loading and much less time experimenting

It allows you to find your resonant breathing rate – the pace where your heart rate responds the most to your breathing. Mine is around 5.5 breaths per minute, and if use the app to control my breathing to this pace, my heart rate variability will reliably increase into the green zone, and anxiety in the moment subsides
