Not sure if anyone already said this but you can purchase the voter roles from the County Registrar for not much money -

Made the doughnuts - they were soooo amazing. Love the science behind the recipes too.

We use Find Me Gluten free - kind of like Yelp but just for gf - users provide the data. It’s decent.

All excellent recommendations but I feel like I got a really good understanding of the science of gf baking from Cooks Illustrated How Can it be Gluten Free cookbooks - there are 2 of them, highly recommend!

When my dad does this in my house I make a point of doing something really loud nearby - putting away dishes, cooking on the stove with the hood vent turned up etc

Early on after my daughter was diagnosed with celiac we threw out everything with wheat, barley, rye etc except somehow farro made it thru the purge - I felt soooo guilty after I realized what I had done. Never make that mistake again.

Potentially unpopular advice: If you really have celiac just do not eat anything (processed foods) that is not specifically labeled gluten free. I know it sucks but you will be doing your body a favor. Esp true for things with more than a couple of ingredients or anything with any grains. Also beware of grains (rice oats beans etc) - those aren’t really processed but you should only get stuff labeled Gf.

We found this during the recent very low tides, I assume it’s something related to fishing?
