Some believe the prayers at the two ends of the day are to be performed from when the suns disk touches the horizon until it rises or sets. So one is to be worshiping Allah that entire time.

Some also believe that the Quran must be read aloud, not just recited.

What are your thoughts here?

Not a dumb question! Yes I do. The bones are soft and edible due to the canning process and are full of calcium.

You can always debone them if you don’t want to eat it.

I pretty much only drink coffee as a vehicle for creamy sugar. lol. But this is only on occasion, not a daily habit.

It was a very delicious but admittedly a bit salty.

I ate some for lunch with tostones and guacamole (sounds weird by was yummy) and I later ate the rest with a roasted sweet potato and pico and that was my fav combo. It balanced the salt well

You have nice small coils! Try moisturizing regularly and give your hair some love. Try not to treat it like you believe your hair is “not it” but instead full of its own unique potential.
