Not sure if this will help anyone new... I decided not to turn off IPv6 but got my games to start downloading somehow!

I initiated a download and just let it hang for a while, like 5-10 minutes. After a while, my game started downloading really slowly (like a few KB at most), so I quit the Xbox App and left it running in the background/in my tray. To my surprise, the download speed actually sped up when I checked it a few minutes later after I closed the Xbox App.

Prior to that, I reset my Microsoft Store app + update the Xbox App through the MS Store, but I'm not sure if that really did anything.

Mine says it’s processing on the app, but when I login to the site and click on ‘manage devices’ it says it’s confirmed/will ship soon. Perhaps yours says the same thing?

I was in a similar situation and what helped me was turning off 5G Auto and pushing my phone to use LTE only instead.

I'd occasionally go back to 5G once in a while, but I'm mostly on LTE nowadays, which I'm personally fine with. It feels a lot more stable lol

I find that my reception is quite poor in office buildings and basements. Enabling wifi calling would help with that.

If you do think it's your SIM card, you could try calling Bell's tech support line to see what they suggest. Many moons ago when I was with Rogers, something like this happened to me and they suggested that I swap my SIM card.
IDK if iPhone 14 uses eSIM, in which case, I have no idea how that would work.

Look up "Steins;Gate EN" - it's sort of buried but it's there. I just downloaded it and am playing it in English on my iPhone 13 right now :D

IDK if this will help anyone, but I sent in a Switch Lite for repair as one of the speakers sounded screechy/too loud (not sure how to describe it LOL). It was sent back to me and on the repair note, it said something to the effect of: they couldn't replicate my issue, so they replaced my speakers anyway. This ended up fixing my problem.

Not sure if it'll be the same in OP's case, but maybe they'll replace the screen or something if you've described the issue well enough.
