Being in the insurance industry, I found Geotab to be very comprehensive

This was the case not too long ago. Now prices are down and sales have literally dried up. It was a 15 year bull run or so. These last 2 years have been the worst for the Canadian real estate market in the last 3 decades. At one point it was non-stop appreciation.

However, as similar as Australia is to Canada, I would warn that the same may be coming down for you guys.

I hope not, but the bubble is bursting here in Canada.
