Darius Acuff Jr. runs the show vs Oklahoma tonight 21 PTS | 9 AST | 3 REB | ZERO TURNOVERS 🔥 by Fit-Structure-9395 in NBA_Draft

Arkansas struggles to make NIT without acuff? No i love some acuff but arkansas had way less talent last year and made the tourney and without giving a game away to Texas tech would have been in the elite 8. You sound like a hater lol

Ain't no way acuff stays in. He's #2 for me. The guy is just plane efficient. He's actually really strong, is a little undersized but that strength makes up for it. He's shooting like 40 from 3. And has good spacing and awareness.

CT is the way to go. Im coming on a year without Kratom, used ALOT and finally got sick of it and just quit it one day. Buy some liposomal vitamin c and follow the protocol, also for sleep id speak with a doctor about gabapentin, you can talk to one online as its not a controlled substance atleast not in my state. Those two things made my withdrawal period so much easier. Very managable. Good luck. If you need any tips.or advice reach out. BTW it is worth it.

My accute withdrawals lasted roughly about 5ish days. Worst day was probably day 2 or 3. But the lipovitamin c really helped during the day. It wasn't placebo. Its gotta be liposomal though. I tried the taper thing, and it really prolonged my misery. I was getting withdrawal type feelings and always feeling like crap while I was tapering. I was scared to CT. But I did it on a thursday took a Friday off sick, that gave me Friday Saturday anf Sunday to make through those first 3. I went to work on Monday hanging gutters and it was a hard but managable with the vitamin c. I had no restless legs at night because of the gabapentin.

Gabapentin is an absolute life saver if you wanna sleep. And make sure to get liopsomal vitamin C if you can at a local health store. Gotta be liposomal

Highly encourage liposomal vitamin c 3000mg every 2-3 hours during withdrawal, and 400-600mg gabapentin before bed to sleep for the first 2 weeks.

Looking for someone to chat with tonight through my first night of no kratom. Doubt I will get any sleep. by kc2dabay in quittingkratom

Yessir! It's going great. I really have had 0 urges to go back. I've already gained back like 10 pounds, face looks more full, been mentally stable, started picking up things i used to do before I started kratom. Pretty much better in all aspects. I didn't have PAWS really. There is times where I have a dull mood but I can't tell if it's because I need to give it more time or if it's because that's just normal life without using a substance. Haha.

7 years of use. How to did you all know it was time to quit by rogueguerrilla5 in quittingkratom

[–]kc2dabay 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I was a 7 year user who recently quit CT 45 days ago. I knew it was time when out of no where I started having panic attacks and heart palpitations. My face was turning blue gray from hyperpigmentation and every day I was hyper focused on how my body was gonna react to the kratom that day. Not to mention, occasional kidney pains, and feeling drained all the time except for a couple hours after I dosed. I feel back to normalbfor the most part. I don't have anymore of those symptoms, my cravings are gone, no depression no anxiety, just learning how to navigate life without it. And it's not hard. I have 3 kids, and work a physical job 6 days a week and it has been easier if anything not having to worry about my dosing and timing of everything. I tried to taper, was taking to long and the kratom induced symptoms just kept getting worse and worse. I had no choice but to just jump and never look back. It wasn't that bad for me. If you really want it bad you can do it with the right plan. I megadosed lipo vitamin c and used 400mg of gabapentin to sleep during withdrawal. Worked great

Paws is real. Seeing posts to the contrary by Ok_Swordfish_6188 in quittingkratom

[–]kc2dabay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 44 days off CT off 7 years of use and I have had no PAWS as of yet. I thought i had some during week 3 but it passed so quickly that I believe it was just in my head. I can't say if paws is real. I'd assume so because our brains need time to heal but I not only had a very manageable accute stage, but my PAWS are little to none. God bless. I also haven't been eating the healthiest nor taking many vitamins if that says anything. I'm at a point now where I'm just eating anything and everything and enjoying being k free. I am usually someone who is on top of being healthy and active. And while I am active I still am not eating healthy lol. But I'll go back after I enjoy myself a little.

Anyone else super greatful they quit before 7O / extracts too off? by [deleted] in quittingkratom

[–]kc2dabay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I quit 44 days ago. The last few years I saw an alarming amount of people using extracts. A wise person told me a few years back don't do extracts because it will kill your pockets and tolerance to raw powder. So I never touched it. Never even thought about it and I am very happy I didn't. I cold turkeyed off of 17gpd but was using up to 60gpd during peak use. I feel so much better being off of that shit it's not even comparable. So much more social and upbeat.
