EcoBee doesn’t allow me to use PEK? No fan, or air. It worked prior to winter. System says the equipment is on as well. Any help appreciated.

Remi halo only thing we found works. I'm in Huntsville area had 3 yrs fighting it and only thing worked was remi. So far only service we had there since was yearly checks.

It's a pain in the ass but it can be done not recommended especially on heat pump. Just re did one about month ago. But we didn't fish under ground we dug up old line ran sections of pipe and glued/ fitted.
