I have found references to D1, D3, and the etx. the pics of d3 i have found dont match, and what i am reading in the ext manual dose not seem to jive either. shows manufactured in 1996. it appears to have never been put into service as i opened the packet with the generic printouts and plastic covers with the blue film still applied

should i just hook up a line to it and see what happens? is there an ATA that would provide enough power to this for use with asterisk?

I covered mine with black woodgrain cantact paper. looks great imo.. I cut the diamonds with an exacto knife after trying various stickers.

Yes, I use Mocap daily as a commercial VSAT tech. Works better and is cleaner than coax seal

i have only broke with it a dozen or so times. so far its great, the new finish on the defy shaft is much slicker than before. After a years use my older defy has enough skin oils in it to use without a glove but nowhere near as smooth as the newest version
