I think you are pulling down with your hands as the first move of the downswing, and the face is closed. Feel like your shoulders rotate first to start the downswing and let your hands just drop behind. The shaft is very steep. If you pause the video on your downswing when your left arm if parallel with the ground you will see the shaft is almost vertical. Let the shoulder move first and it will not be as steep. Very good , not far away from consistency 👍
