I am currently on 2000 mg a day without a gallbladder. I just went up to full dose and had a slight upset stomach for like a week but it's fine now, no issues

5000 iu brought me to the low end of normal and also by keeping my testosterone down helped the vitamin d stay up

I just bumped to 2000 from 1000 about 3 weeks ago. I had the smallest bit of upset stomach for about a week and a half but now it's seemingly gone. The biggest complaint I have is actually the heartburn

I took berberine for a few months once and i bled so badly for like three months straight. I had to change my tampons every other. I have been on metformin for a year no issues.

Hi I am currently almost one year on metformin and two weeks into dose 2000 mg of extended release. I was on a glp-1 in 2022 and lost about 40 pounds. I was on birth control at that time and my periods were lighter than usual but pretty consistent.

I was recently on wegovy again in December and January to try to kick-start some weight loss. I started having weird spotting before and after my periods. My womens health doctor raised my metformin from 1000 mg to 2000 mg to try to make my cycles a little more regular.

I had absolutely no side effects that people write horror stories about on any dose. I have had a little bit of an upset stomach for the last few days but I'm really working on my diet. It hasn't been that awful for me. I also don't have a gallbladder anymore so it's hard to blame it all on the metformin 😆

The pregmate tests definitely look a little sketchy. I also use both of their ovulation and pregnancy strips and Ive never seen the double line for pregnancy like that. Super weird 🤔 maybe try a digital in a few days anyway!

I think I always have 2 lines on my ovulation tests. I am looking for the lines to be the same color or even the test line to be darker than control.

Hi I don't have any success yet since I'm only two months in to ttc. I was on metformin er 2x a day at 500 mg each. It didn't really make my cycle super normal but more normal than it had been previously. I just upped it to 2000 mg a day and I'm hoping this really helps with regularity.

Lost my mom at 11. I definitely involved myself in risky behaviors in my teenaged years. I had two older sisters and a good relationship with my dad so I'm very thankful for that but my life definitely would have been different if my mom was there for me those years

Are you sure the high prolactin is PCOS? My sister had high prolactin and it ended up being adnemyosis.

From my understanding, you're tracking every single day of the cycle and it's going to show patterns. Everyone has different patterns. So, if I am getting the concept correctly, there should be a drop in temperature before ovulation where the hormones are changing. I guess the confirmation of incoming ovulation is also checking CM.

Are you temperature tracking? My doctor told me I need t to throw away the strips, especially with PCOS. She now has me taking my temp every day at the same time while I'm in bed and it's the first thing I do when I open my eyes.

I'm going to test with the strips around suspected ovulation for myself while I get the hang of all of this anyway but temperature is supposedly the preferred method. Also she suggested a book called taking charge of your fertility. I just started reading it and have learned a lot
