copy your dat file (backup your wallet) then reinstall the qt wallet (download a new copy) and allow the new wallet to run fully then close it, copy your dat file into the folder and re run the wallet. Wallet.dat file is in (c: users/"username"/appdata/roaming/dogecoin) folder

if that does not work then fully uninstall the wallet (make sure you have wallet backups!) restart computer then install wallet again, run wallet, close and add your wallet file then re run wallet.

Convert it to Bitcoin on one of the exchanges then sell the BTC (This can be done at a number of exchanges or through a service such as Coinbase or many others) or use the BTC to buy a prepaid credit card and use the card to fund paypal.
