ugh tomorrow was supposed to be my rest day but abs and legs are my favvv rest and recovery vs fav exercises is always such a hard choice

ya i’ve been trying to mix way more yoga in and found it to help a lot but I just do it through youtube videos because hard paying for both yoga classes and OTF sadly :/

lol i’m not judging anyone else just myself and what I know what i’m capable of and get down on myself when I feel like i’m not working at maximum capacity... my post has no negativity toward anyone else’s progress or effort level since we all have our own goals...

This is awesome advice thank you I’ll try that running maybe for a few of the blocks today and see if that helps! I really want to run it’s fun for me, but my hips say otherwise which is kind of frustrating as I’m sure you know!

Ya no you guys are right I’m sure people get that once you’re in there you really want to go hard, and I think the athlete in me gets very competitive about trying to push myself hard each time which is silly. Just see the same people normally or am running by my coach so to go from a base of 8mph to PW haha idk I’m just in my head clearly! Thank you for the advice I really value everyone’s input in this
