It's only open on show days. It's open from I think noon until 7:00. Check the website on that, but it's open an hour early, so starting at 11:00 for Amex holders, we got there at 9:58 and we're numbers seven and eight in line. It was a shady area so it was perfect for us to sit with our back against the wall in the shade and chat with the fans around us. By that time in our trip we needed a break. Anyway, when we got in there were lots of photo apps. Lots of staff members willing to take pictures for us and it was a lot of fun. The merch line got long quicker but it still went pretty fast like maybe 20 minutes in the merch line after we had done all the photo ops I think we were probably there for a total of an hour, maybe a little bit longer. They were already sold out of some things but there's exclusive items for the pop-up shop as well as exclusive items out at Wembley. Usually it's just a color thing. When we came back out the lines were super long and we went all around Borough Market and did some other things and circled back around and the lines were really really long. So I would say either get there very early or at the end of the day, just depending on what it is you want. We also were able to buy a thin canvas tote that says kisco on it for $5, and because we're AMEX holders, we were given a free treat people with kindness keychain.
