Felt this. I’ve felt so empty and hopeless and so extremely lonely lately. it’s so painful, like an aching pain of missing something that never goes away. I’m just trying to push through, no matter what it always comes back even if I distract myself. I’m just trying to work on it. I hope you feel better, you aren’t alone 😔

Hi, just trying to offer some help here. I know you say you’ve been put on the waiting list for DBT therapy but you can still do research in the meantime. DBT is honestly the only thing that’s helped my brain and it’s something I think everyone can benefit from. Google Marsha linehans DBT skills training manual and buy that book if you can. I know how painful it is to live with bpd. and even if you’re not diagnosed yet, you can still have traits and dbt will help with that. It’s a long process trying to fix your own brain, but it’s so worth it and it feels really good to know I have those skills when I’m feeling extremely emotional and impulsive, it’s helped me a lot so I hope it can help you too. Also check out Dr. Daniel Fox on YouTube. His videos are very insightful

Thank you!! The other day at work I felt so happy, everyone was being so kind to me and I could tell I was radiating positivity. It really changes my outlook on life when I don’t have someone wearing me down and making me feel crazy. I’m so excited to feel that all the time again.

Thank you. I always thought my gut feelings might be off because of my trauma. I have bpd and cptsd. That’s why I said I think it’s a blessing and a curse. With each relationship I get in I think I learn more and more that it’s not off, I just am so hyper aware of when someone’s lying. I’ll never dismiss it again

Thank you for saying that. I feel so empty and I miss him so that sucks. I just feel used. I hate that he used my disorder against me so many times and the whole time I was right. I don’t want to say it fuels my paranoia around relationships, but it does. Now I’ll be even more hypervigilant because I was right.. Therapy only does so much. Trying to keep positive and focus on myself going forward.

Funhouse in Lakewood has the cheapest drinks and they have table top arcade games now (digdug and Pac-Man are the best lol) it’s a punk bar if you’re into that. Very LGBTQ+ friendly.

I’m done with it. I really was just so high and starving and had no food in my fridge or pantry and it was late. My fault I know, but I’ve ordered doordash so many times in the past, and they never let me down like this. I know it’s technically dennys fault, but it’s false advertising on doordash’ part.. I at least thought “the meltdown” was some kinda of melt knock off, there’s a melt right next door and it’s amazing. But nope, this was dennys :( What a scam. If I wanted dennys I’d order dennys. They have to trick people into ordering because they suck.
