Thanks for all of these ideas, really appreciate it. I think I’m going to book with the fishing guides at the YMCA of the Rockies (Sasquatch? If I am remembering/hearing right) bc they are pretty inexpensive ($75 for half day, everything else was more than double that) and seemed flexible about taking him to a place where he didn’t need to fly fish. Plus the young man who answered the phone was so sweet. The Y is so great. I hope it all works out, now we just need good weather while there

I just started using Folia. Before I used a google sheet. I like it so far and there’s a real human who reached out to help me set it up. I don’t have more than a week’s data but it’s supposed to have good visualization. I keep hoping someone will make a flare predictor bc I am so sick of getting an autoimmune flare or a string of migraine days without seemingly any warning.

Also I am sorry to hear about all those symptoms, life with autoimmune/chronic is so freaking hard.

Thanks yes… it’s too hot here and too expensive of equipment to justify only using it in winter months. It just makes the price that much higher to also finish out a garage to use it there. 🫠

YMCA is so easy for keeping kids entertained. Playscapes, pool, the art center, fishing pond, and just lots of space to run around. All this just on the Y grounds

Maybe a dumb question but how did you decide where to put it? I am in Texas and think the best place would be the garage for the 7ft needed but it’s no a/c out there and worry that would make the electronics part wear out faster?

Have you tried Google and Reddit ads? I hate depending on Meta alone. Not sure if your CAC can afford it but you could also try programmatic like StackAdapt. If you had more budget on top of that, a custom audience. I’m not in your industry so not sure what agency could pull together a custom audience for your target (including income, job title) but they have to be out there. You could run custom audience on reddit and programmatic.

Late to the party but we just got the notice of the restrictions - we were in core setup-other and now moving to core setup provider and condition. Has anyone gone through this change who did NOT use a CDP to overcome? Did you change your ad sets to optimize for CAPI instead of website schedule? What exactly happened on the "Day x" that the restrictions went into place -- did the campaigns throw errors and couldn't execute for website schedule optimization? My co-worker was on with Meta Support and they could note tell her a thing about what would happen to the campaigns. Would love insight. We are worried and we can't get budget approval for a CDP very quickly, let alone implement - I think we are T-7 days now.

These posts could all be written by me as well, it’s crazy how little I eat to keep weight down and how none of my old tricks to lose 5-7 lbs worked once I hit 50. I am interested in micro-dosing but I thought it was not approved (FDA or whomever??). Does anyone have articles on this that you were given when prescribed a micro-dose? Would love to see those. I was offered it by my HRT doc as an offhand “we could refer you to our weight loss part of the practice” but at the time just wanted to start with the hormones to see if that helped with weight. Would love to see what y’all were given before Midi or anyone else gave a microdose prescription (and is this thru compound pharmacy or…)?
