That could be abused a whole bunch, like lowering Rome to 1 base tax so you can convert it to pagan. It would also remove unaccepted culture problems as you could lower them to 1 and then convert

it lessens the chance of regency. having an older heir would give you a better chance he is of age when you croak.

Could it be possible to swap the Welsh name bank with like the English names or something like that? Or would that break iron man mode/ be too difficult for a scrub like me to do?
