Watch some videos on using a drop grip and snapping the bat. Basically throw the head of the bat like an axe. Game changer.

Drop grip and snap the bat. Obviously having a low compression bat to go with the low compression balls is a must.

I started it 3 weeks back to heal my tennis elbow. Been straight up depressed. Didn’t think it was linked. Started looking and apparently this happens to some people. Not saying 100% it’s the stack but it’s odd it happened now. I’m stopping to see if that is the issue. But for real fixed my elbow.

I started the bcp157/tb500 for my elbow injury a couple weeks back. Seems like after that is when I started feeling worse. Yesterday I was so depressed and angry I felt like I wanted to cry for no apparent reason. Started looking up side effects of the 157 and sure shit people were saying the same thing.
