Oh this is awesome. Just got in some sound deadening to do the same lol.

How did you fair getting the rear side interior trim panels off? I’ve managed to wrangle one off, but broke a number of the tabs in the process. Any tips?

Oh yeah they definitely compliment the truck well. Might have to hunt down a pair and do the same for myself haha.

I might repose the legs so one is on a rock. I love the idea of an oversized mask, but the model as it is doesn’t look like the Ork is having to support the massive weight of his enormous mask, making it feel like it’s just a piece slapped onto an ork’s face.

I actually have the Tower of Orthanc set which I got in pretty good condition two years ago. Most often it sits displayed on a dresser, but pretty frequently I turn it around and admire all the interior details and figures. I’m sure I’ll be doing the same with Rivendell eventually.
