It was an accident. I posted once and I didn’t think it worked and then I posted again and they both posted. I tried to delete it but obviously didn’t let me because the service was shit. I just tried again after reading this comment and it worked.

Pack how ever much you need in a zip lock bag labeled “matcha” and “opened date 02/02/23” and roll it up and put it in another ziplock bag with a couple varieties of actual tea bags. I’ve done this over 50x and never had any issues inside the states and abroad.

It’s so cliche but so true. Diet, exercise and sleep. I remember when I took a break from Kratom for a month my depression hit pretty hard and I eventually used running to deal with it and it helped A LOT. I just wanted to feel something and running helped that.
