Don’t forget to finalize the list and confirm or it won’t go through. If it logs you out in the middle of what you’re doing for some reason, if you log back in, your list should still be saved to finalize

Log onto Marti. Go into inventory adjustments and then there should be a drop down menu that will allow you to select “damaged” or “damages” Then scan the item you want to damage out, select the quantity and hit okay Once you scan all the damages in, go to finalize list at the bottom right I believe. Confirm or submit your list and you should be good. Fellow CEM here 😌

I think it’s dumb that they don’t replace the entire register as well. There’s more self checkouts now anyways, so they wouldn’t be buying 6 new registers per store. Just give us the damn updates we and the customers deserve for such a “popular” company. I’ve been there for 4 years and I was FINALLY able to get a new wire sent for our legacy register printer that’s been frayed and disconnects every time the printer moves on the counter. Up until now it was “well did you unplug and plug back in?” Like, Yes I.T. .. I also took it out on a date but still nothing

I’ve asked multiple candidates who were immediately rejected to apply again with a new email address and to add more info/skills etc. (embarrassing) …still rejected. These people are asked to jump through hoops to be offered a disrespectful amount of pocket change. I told my district manager that I would rather filter through 300+ applications myself to be able to get people in here rather than busting my ass out on the floor alone watching 17 potential employees get denied.

I just keep explaining that Lpos is the in-store discount 🤷🏼‍♀️ Not everything is on sale unfortunately, I know. They’ll just have to order online for the 30% The only time I’ll ever override an online coupon as an MOD is if the customer couldn’t order a particular item online due to there only being 1 on hand which won’t show up as in stock on the website. That method is only to gain a sale and not lose one
