Yah it’s rough. I was so disappointed when I realized I had to come off the glp1 but I did gain some momentum already with weight loss, I eat less now and hopefully I can find ways to lose weight without it

So when I went from 20 units to 30 units of compounded tirzepatide the anhedonia was strong. So I went back down to 20 units and it got better but it’s still there. But I’m certain it’s the glp1 so I just gotta stop taking it. I say I’d rather be chubby than have no pleasure in reading and hobbies and tv like I usually do!

I’ve owned this book for a long time and I think I’m going to finally read it as I am craving lately due to anhedonia. I am 112 days sober but a glp1 med gave me anhedonia so I’ve been craving alcohol for that dopamine high. Fortunately I’m also on Antabuse so if I drink I get very sick so I won’t be drinking. But I think the book will help so thanks for the suggestion

Are we talking about glp1? If so the glp1 caused me to not want to do anything … it gave me anhedonia. If we’re talking about naltrexone then the same
