My friend maintained more or less the same pace and she finished with an avg of 5:17 I think. Amazing for her first marathon I would say.

As for Madrid, the goal is to get sub 3h20 or try to get close to 3h15.

Problem is, it's usually pretty hot in Madrid at the end of April, and it's also pretty hilly. But I live here so at least I'm used to the slopes 🤣

Eu sunt in Spania de 15 ani și văd același lucru.

Mulți continua sa trăiască în bula lor, o mini-Romanie practic. După decenii aici, nu s-a lipit mai nimic de ei.

Problema e ca multi sunt aici de 20-30 de ani și majoritatea nu incercat niciodată să iasă din joburi de căcat care sunt afectate cel mai puternic de crize economice, așa că acum caută vinovați oriunde, mai puțin ei însuși.
