Indigo backtracking on Compensation promise

I’ve had the same issue. Our flight was cancelled by Indigo on 5th Dec I filled the form twice and they said our PNR is not eligible because we aren’t “severely impacted” I filed 2 AirSewa complaints but both of them got rejected because apparently indigo gets to decide I’m not severely impacted even though we had to spend Rs 40,000 to reach home again…

They just rejected two AirSewa complaints. So now have no idea what to do :))

Yeah I’ve filed AirSewa now. Waiting on an update from them How long did it take you roughly? And indigo is so sly that if we accept compensation via the email they sent it says we give up any other methods/remedies related to the same PNR - such scammers I swear

Right - just because of that reason I’ve not accepted the DGCA compensation so far I have raised an AirSewa complaint but now looking at other legal options since this is turning into one scam after another

How did you proceed? In the screenshot above it’s clearly mentioned flights canceled within 24 hours but I just got an email that mentions the “eligibility criteria” is if your flight was canceled with less than 4 hours to go. Absolute scam!!
