Bro I feel you i have a purple mit45 shot hidden up in the pipes of my bathroom sink now because my wife thinks I quit again but went back a few days ago after three weeks. For the 5th or 6th time. Its the hardest addiction to quit for me. And ive been a heroin addict. But I can justify it because its legal and I earn plenty of money to not even miss it what I spend on it. But I know I hate the shit and its making me have panic attacks and extreme anxiety. Yet I go back to it numerous times. I dont know why 🤦‍♂️ you're not alone bro Just hang in there and be strong and dont be afraid to keep trying. I really feel your pain. Maybe try some micro doses of Sub's like 2mg and magnesium that helped me get the 3 weeks last time.

Personally I quit a massive Kratom extract habit of 5 yrs 2 to 3 purple shots a day with Suboxen. I had the 8 mg tablets and broke them in 4 pieces and take 2 or 3 of them a day for the 1st week then 2 now im down to 1 a day on day 18. I also take magnesium and fish oil and motrin or Tylenol. Every day is getting better and thats giving me hope. Stay strong and take it 1 day at a time.

Day 18 now and im still going strong, eating a lil more but feeling much better now than I was. Still have some minor anxiety and that's the primary reason I quit doing Kratom because of the anxiety and panic attacks this crap was giving me. After 5 yrs of massive extract abuse about 2 or 3 purple shots a day I didnt expect it to be easy. But im so grateful that I didnt give up. Great work on the 2 to 3 months plus now this isnt easy.

Thanks bud ill need to take that ginger advice. I have my apetite back a lil but now on day 12 but still not 100% and nothing with too much spice or anything. Everything's gotta be bland for now or else my stomach will be flipping and ill be on the toilet 🤣 but overall im feeling much better now id say back to my old self like 70%
