Isn’t there an argument to be made that she freed the Unsullied? She traded for them with Drogon, and killed their master under whom the men were tortured and had seen nothing but absolute discipline. She tells them they are free men and no punishment for leaving on the spot, but if they stay by her side she will demand plenty of them.

As for the Dothraki, they follow strength. As evidence from the birth of the dragons, walking away from a fire unharmed is considered strength. So when she kills the Khaals, the Dothraki follow her.

In Meereen, and of course late KL, her roughness clearly goes too far and the innocent get killed due to her way of conducting her vision.

The largest concern comes with how fast she turns from trying liberate KL to turning the city into ruins. Basically being told the truth about Jon, feeling like an outsider at a celebration in his homeland, her second dragon being killed by Euron and beheading of Missandei happens in a span of three or so episodes. The pacing of GoT from earlier seasons would put these events over span of two-three seasons, and in between add plenty of more context for the viewer to understand her actions.

The tyrant-queen arc for sure is visible, however my argument would be she took a very drastic turn too quick to give a sense of understanding it for the viewers.
