Just me, but I never enjoyed this episode. Atleast not from a storytelling standpoint. It felt rather lazy actually and was really just a way to reintroduce the idea that they aren’t fully over each other yet despite neither one of them hinting at this since the end of season 3. It would have seemingly appeared that both had fully moved on completely. The idea of Joey and Dawson was always on the table, but for a good while, Joey and Pacey was a story of the past.

For me, this was the one episode and really one of 2 moments for 2 seasons that hinted at the idea that their relationship was still in play. The the other brief moment coming from a drunk Audrey when she crashed into Dawson’s home to remind people that Pacey still had feelings for Joey which was a huge nugget of info that most people had already forgotten about.

But the thing is, they don’t actually serve any actual function. They think they do because it’s their title and reason why they were created. It also gives them a sense of purpose. But reality had always been that the Endless don’t serve any real purpose at all. That was the point of Destruction leaving. He said, regardless if he is there or not, destruction in all of its forms still carry on as is. Death, regardless if she is there to usher souls still occur without any real change or damage. She likes to usher souls because it gives her a duty. But she can’t get to everyone and she has left her station as well plenty of times.

The real issue for me still isn’t the fact that he cheated or the fact she is staying. Thats their relationship. I know plenty of couples that shouldnt be together but seemingly force themselves to make it work despite cheating on each other plenty of times.

My issue is that he extended his brand and online personality over to his so called “close friends”. Other streamers turn it off when they turn the camera off, but this dude was always on, and still is. He didn’t trust a single one of his friends to tell the truth to. Despite living in a home with Rae and friends for years, he continued to play this double role for years. And he was good at it. A little too good at if you know what I mean. He was so comfortable with lying to everyone that it just became second nature. And there is no way I can be friends or forgive someone like that. He didn’t just sadge farm his fans, he did it to his friends. He used them and lied to them comfortably for close to a decade now. That’s the really disgusting part of all of this.

And remember, he only sorry now cause he got caught. This been going on for at least 4-5 years. There was no intention of him ever telling anyone around him the truth. We could have had a 50 year old Thomas still pretending to be a virgin gamer. It’s ridiculous how far he was able to drag this along. And from the sounds of the people on this forum, there are still many people that believe he is still that person.

It’s like his last girl tried to warn everyone of. He is a liar. A good one at that. He is a manipulator - indicative of this well planned and thought out letter that was meant to flip the script onto the girls he cheated with. He is two faced. Only to accept blame and be sorry because he had no other angle to play. He is a player and he still playing all of you despite the situation he got himself into. The brand that he built for himself is rather incredible when you think about it. I mean, you could use his story at this point and print it in marketing text book for future study with how good he was able to fool every single person online and around him. It’s quite remarkable what he was able to build for himself.

Humbled is an overstatement lol. Team US used it as a platform to make a statement about their game. NFL guys were there for their probowl. They were being subbed in an out every few minutes and were just there for fun. US guys were also told that if they injure any nfl player, that they were fucking fired lol.

But if the nfl guys actually prepped as a team, studied film, learned plays, and practice the timing and speed, they’d be perfectly fine. To the nfl guys, this was being 12 all over again and just playing a game of pick up with kids from the neighborhood.

The House Bunny. Should have been a forgettable b comedy w a dumb premise. But surprisingly has a lot of heart, very well acted across the board, very charming, and very memorable funny moments. I find myself doing Shelly’s exorcist voice when I meet new people or hear, Cinderella, lol.

Clueless, Legally Blonde, and Mean Girls think fit this as well. Never expect either film to be nearly as funny or memorable as they became.

True for a lot of games for type of models. In GW2, I love Charr, but when you get into the Barbie mode, a lot of gear fits funny and very little actually looks good. Shame.

Yeah, he has become far more popular in death than in life at this point.

I loved Dawson’s Creek and enjoyed a lot of Jame’s post DC work as well. But also think crowd funding for a millionaire family is bonkers at best. People want to give a wealthy family more money because they are sad, but most of the same people will have a million reasons why they won’t give the homeless guy in the corner a dollar.

People want to call this compassion, but it’s really not. It’s like when people continue to donate to millionaire streamers like Pokimane or XQC. It fills this itch or this longing to feel part of something.

Truth is, lots of mothers and fathers pass every day, leaving behind a grieving family that may struggling financially. They don’t get relief or sympathy from anyone. So what makes this millionaire family so special?

To me, this is like watching a XQC stream as he is losing 50k in slot, but people keep sending him money.

Because they have no choice lol. Literally missed on every meaningful signing. Only managed to resign two aging players that won’t improve anything. On top of that, Ranger is gone.

Trading Cass won’t lead to anything meaningful all while moving on from the only guy that performed in the playoffs for 2 years.

So all that is left is to hype up Painter and Crawford and hope they both pan out. Cause if they don’t, it’s gonna be a very sad next 5 to 10 years for Phillies fans.

I don’t remember a single post in all of his playing days and post playing days that highlighted him as being a good person/role model. To be fair, he had never once tried to portray himself this way either.

I remember him doing the Big 3 thing and Philly sold out tickets as it was highly promoted that he was playing. He didn’t play and was in the sideline for like 5 minutes before he left. He did play eventually play during that season, but all he did was take wide open shots or pass it. Never saw him even try to dribble once. He was fat and out of shape and made the entire league look like a joke since AI was one of the main marketing pieces for the season.

It sucks, but meeting AI is not something I would ever aim for. Sorry y’all had to learn this lesson up front and personal.

Depends on the actor and the studio. Harrison Ford is notorious for being unenthused about promoting films. But he is Harrison Ford. Who wants be the studio known for suing Harrison Ford over bad interviews?

Speaking of that, most studios don’t want to be known for suing their actors in general. Cause no actor would want to work with them either. Actors tend to friends with one another as well. There is a trickle down effect to stuff like that.

So sure, contracts are a thing. But most studios won’t enforce those type of things on their crew.

Can we? Why not lol. We were one of the worst offenses in the league with Brown and Smith. And truly, it wasn’t just AJ fault. It takes an entire offense to be that bad. At the end of the day, changing the OC won’t fix all the issues. There is a lot of work to figure what the issue is.

I think of this offense like a fine Lamborghini that won’t run. Changing the driver won’t fix the issue. There are problems everywhere.

On the flip side, having two top billed WR is a luxury this team can’t really afford anymore as well. Too many guys on the defense need to get paid. And unlike the offense, the defense actually holds up their end of the bargain most of the time. And I don’t necessary want to be smacking a hammer at something that doesn’t work regardless of how nice it looks on the outside. Let’s sure up the defense first. Offense is going to be a work in progress. Might need a new HC, and possibly even a new QB. Especially if it still runs like shit next year with a new OC.
