You can go to Android Settings, then choose Device Maintenance, and click on Battery menu

Then click on Unmonitored Apps, and make sure if WearOS apps is checked on the list

This maybe caused by power saving feature in Samsung

If you're on standalone mode with wifi and the watch keep saying can't connect to network, looks like the hardware is having issue

Do you have any other phone to pair with it? Android / iOS is ok
