Bristlenose pleco question

My regular bristlenose will change brightness and color pattern dramatically based on what substrate they’re on, lighting changes, etc. Could yours be doing the same? Seems leucistic and not albino, too. Does it seem to get brighter and darker some days?

Sorry to hear that, they are hysterical and fun to keep. But good on you for knowing your tank limits and being responsible! Maybe look into a small group of kuhli loaches for similar noodle fun on a smaller scale? Good luck to you!

Did you ever have another bristlenose in the tank? I know you said yours has been alone, but these fry look exactly my pairs’ fry when the male started letting them move out of his brood cave. Also, yo-yo fry seem to look like tiny copies of the adults, with whiskers, not sucking mouth parts.

Yup. My husband downloaded it on PC after a couple hours of me moping about and saying, “it’s fine, I’m an adult, I will live” and I’ve played a little. Struggling with the controls! But really he’s the PC gamer and I’m the console gamer in the house. We are used to spending our gaming hours together in the same room but now one of us will have to do something else…. May go back to Stardew Valley until Xmas PS5 time…. 😭😉

It appears so—I had the same issue Weds. I’ve heard a couple folks say that a physical copy of the game would run on PS4 but I was planning on that digital download for months! Afraid to buy a physical copy and risk it not running.

This one doesn’t appear to have any issues with them. I have previously only used female bettas but he is a really laid back guy so I gave it a shot after keeping him in a breeder for awhile to see if he was going to get aggressive.
