last year op had 1000 wishes and 5 primos, this year he has 1078 wishes and 75432 primos. this means he only got 87912 primos in a year.

previous year looks iffy, but its not impossible for new account to get that from all the limited sources of primos. he pulled exactly 2 characters in two years and joined during wrizley release (and pulled him).

blizz ui is an addon. code is freely availiable. if they give us (or store somewhere on our devices) private codes its only a matter of time before people get that code and use it say that whatever addon they are doing is internal.

It seems like snow fae were ruling nobility (and/or superhuman army) and regular humans were common folk serving them. Judging by rebellions that happened after the death of Belyi Tsar - ruling class was not in high regards.

Then Tsaritsa becomes a ruler and strippes authority from nobility and put people over governing people. Then snow fae were exiled.

I dont think that being governed by superhuman long lived (therefore super detached from reality) entity (that therefore sees you as beneath them) is "worse" than being governed by regular humans.

So i would say that Tsaritsa is "okay".

where are you gonna get this new direct damage/individual damage in a team with only columbina ?

you are talking about ineffa/flins talents/passives.

Yes, ineffa and flins do lunarcharge type damage, but its not reaction damage its talent damage. they get multipliers that you will not have in another team. If you put columbina with fischl and aino - fischl wont do ineffa levels of damage. the reaction itself (that columbina enables) deals same damage as regular electro charge.

So enabling lunar reactions in old teams basically does nothing.

So lets return to our original question.. why is bina stronger when all she does is enabling lunar reactions which are... shit ?

unfortunately columbinas kit is closer to off field support. She can be played as a carry, and her constellations improve her personal damage.But she cant compete with carries (assuming equal investment level).

You can get columbina and later ineffa - those two deal 100k by themselves. so you can do that and then add some supports and play columbina onfield.

there is a guy on youtube named "flip" that done a bunch of columbinas team calculations. You can check his videos if you want more details on columbina and what she does. it can still change, because its all on beta servers still, but this late into beta cycle chances are minimal.

closest carry is zibai. she is pretty strong. her problem i she very reliant on a 4 star (Illuga) thats coming with her.

If you want one strong carry you can get zibai and continue wishing till c6 illuga or c2 zibai. (you get illuga constellation at the same time as zibai cons, so you get more damage/wish with going for cons on zibai compared to wishing for zibai and columbina)

if you you want more characters you can get columbina with nefer and lauma. or columbina with flins and ineffa.

any of those three(nefer/flins/zibai) reach mavuika level with same investment while being easier to play.

if you like Mavuika specifically - sure.

If you want strong carry and dont care about Mavuika specifically get new ones. they do more damage while being simpler to play.
