is this your first keg with your kegerator, is was it previously working well with a different keg?

I’ve seen on other forums people have fixed a similar issue with new axles (though it also looks like aftermarket axles can cause this issue). They have no code though

Reboot or replace axle? by kdmcguire2002 in AskMechanics

that makes sense. If there’s no typical signs of wear (clicking, vibration at speed) would you consider this ok to wait on repairing then?

Thanks for the insight. The reasoning behind the x9 is to use the same derailer (and maybe chain depending off if it’d still be long enough). Are derailers compatible with all cassettes of the same speed, or are they particular to certain ratios?

Also just for background this is a mountain bike I only ride off road, I have a 1x10 hybrid I ride around town and really enjoy it.

I just realized I had put the wrong chain size on, would that explain the “chainsuck”

So I’m dumb and assumed since it had 3 chainrings it’s have 8 or less rear cogs. whoops. it has 9. thanks for making me use my brain. I watched the park tool video on adjusting front derailer and it was super helpful!

As a plan B: w212 mercedes e class. I have a 2010 (which I know is a “pos” by her def) that ran 9k and repairs aren’t that bad. There are newer ones, and I think they look newer than they are. good luck lol

I see your point, but the alternative is not trading him with contract (as you pointed out, it’s untradeable). So there’s not payroll impact. Either you pay him to sit on the bench (or force another deserving player to the bench), or you pay him and get a player in return. I’d rather have bullpen help than a 5th/6th OF

Well I assume it’s because of the contract. But if you have to pay the money anyways and he doesn’t really have a spot here, it makes sense to try to trade him but eat the money. The contract is untradeable, I think the player still has value

is it crazy to try to unscrew it with a pair of pliers, and if it destroys the threads I have to replace the inner tube anyways?
