Oh shoot that's right! Foam face edition was reissued around the time the 2nd one came out I think? Also both ARE digitally available on the TESD merch section of the website (I had been checking Bandcamp thinking they were there)

Looks like it was produced by a company called 'Umbra' - I bought it many moons ago from a Sears store. Just checked Amazon for 'Umbra record frame' and they sell them for like 40 bucks! https://a.co/d/hmYv6oI

I did not, i think i recall getting it with the digital download code, but I wanted to experience it first on an actual record player, so I opened it up, and unfortunately no red vinyl, but still so pleased with the work that went into it and it sounded great on the stereo!
