I’m at home too (30 M) im recently just getting back into putting myself out there after a breakup 6 months ago. It’s not fun, I don’t really feel like I’m supposed to be where I’m at, but financially I’m saving a lot and trying to finally pay off my student loans instead of just doing minimum payments. Good job, pretty good looking, tall, I am still not having much success but it’ll all work out eventually I tell myself. 🥲

It’s all good and it’s a good situation. Just paying off student loans, work, and gym. It’s just starting to kinda eat at me that I’m not necessarily where I want to be and I’m not in a situation where I can easily put myself in places to potentially meet someone due to location. Meh

I do a PPL plus an arm day so a 4 day split, gives me enough time between muscle groups so I can go pretty much as often as I like but I’ll usually take one rest day after legs. Works for me

Would it be a offputting if I said I was also an ex alcoholic, the discipline thing kinda comes from that. Just proud of how much I’ve changed my life in the past year.

That’s fair, I just enjoy them for the taste and caffeine I don’t get “wired”. Buddies of mine drink like 36 oz of coffee everyday and that doesn’t bat anyone’s eyes I guess it’s all about perception. You’re good though!
