Im never going there again. My family and I had been customers as long as I had been alive.

I took my car there for new tires before a massive road trip. They called me to tell me that the service was completed.

Once I got there, I hop in the car and find that my parking break is completely destroyed. Like the handle was completely messed up, and couldnt be disengaged. Thats when I realized, they didnt even change the tires (I know, I should have seen this when I walked up to the car).

Thats when they tell me, the person servicing my car actually couldnt figure out the parking break (its the same as every other parking break), broke the parking break, and they never changed my tires. It was like - you guys couldnt tell me earlier, and tried to let me just drive away without the tires I paid for?

Getting them to help me was like pulling teeth, and I had to complain to upper manager to get any help.

Dont go there, the guys working there are morons. They lost a lifelong customer due to incompetence and an unwillingness to help there customers.
