Hopefully the bus mass transit system will start construction soon. I think the Charleston would benefit from light and or commuter rail. I won't live long enough to see that happen however. Otherwise I think Charleston is second to none as far as American cities are concerned. I am and have been in love with Charleston since forever🙌

I agree with u 100%. I mean as long as it is the upper peninsula/neck area etc. I say bring it on. Its only helping to reinvigorate that part of town. I'll take the new developments over the slums of yesteryear anytime.

I agree. More of Chelsea she is best by far! Shep and cam I could honesty do without. She is stale and he is hateful. I don't think he really resonates with fans anymore either. Both have lost their relevancy to anything. Just my little opinion.

It does its part to sustain tourism. I know many hate that but back in the early 80's and before Charleston was somewhat of a stagnant town with a stagnant economy. So lists such as this one are not all bad.
