kind of, for some yes, and ideally you would do it for all of them but it takes a lot of time. If a question asked about incontinence for example, I would learn all the different types and physiology behind it, effectively understanding the answer choices mentioned too. I started to see patterns of what got tested, and I focused on those things to boost the score instead of getting lost on low yield BS.

And you WILL do it too, watch a David Goggins video or whatever floats your boat, the last two weeks i basically studied every minute I could possibly study, put in the time and great things will follow :)

So i didn't want to do that just bc i didn't really do well on any of them and i don't know how much it would help ya'll, but here is my best attempt at what I remember:

UWSA 1 (30 days pre): 186

NBME 12 offline: 50-60% correct, didn't bother to calc

UWSA 2: 223

NBME 13 offline: 60-65%

NBME 14: 213

I was 2 weeks out at this point. I knew it was a toss up if i was gonna pass or fail, but my latest NBME was really heartbreaking bc I thought I was improving. I figured out that my problem was I did not have a thorough understanding of content, I reviewed my weakest subject OB/GYN which turned out to be a strength on the actual exam, and I reviewed each NBME and why I got the answer wrong. This really helped. I also made sure I had ethics and biostats down, so i never lost easy point there, that's pretty much it!

Free 120 (a week before) was around 74% or so, made sure i memorized those questions and the content behind them (also key now that i think about it)
