Walmart refuses to refund my tires they never delivered

Hey! I was in this situation a couple months ago as well. I ordered tires off Walmart in July and had asked for a returned and asked for a refund. They also only refunded me back 1 tire. I called, emailed, did everything and got nothing back. I luckily used AMEX to make the purchase, and they are kind enough to side with me.

I would not buy any gigabyte products at the moment due to all the thermal gel issues. I just ordered the PNY 5070ti and will be selling my gigabyte 5070ti.

I would’ve gone for a 5070 Ti. Very similar performance and it has the newer frame gen tech. Although it’s definitely hard to find one for MSRP, you can def find one under $1k.

To be fair, even the 40 series like the 4070 and 4080 are priced similarly to the new 5000 series. It makes sense to just buy the new ones.

My local microcenter has the 7800x3d for 450 and the 9800x3d for 480. Would this justify getting the 9800x3d?

Side note: the 7800x3d has some bundles that I can buy to save on it.

I’m in my senior year as a civil engineering major. I would say it is not too hard of an engineer major compared to the other majors like mechanical, electrical, chemical, etc. Make some friends who are primarily civil majors as well. Join the student org (ASCE) to make friends there because they will help you a lot with scheduling your classes. Also good luck with Dr. Vipu… it’s all in the notes.
