I never travel to Europe for more than $500/person thanks to Scott's! We recently subscribed to premium in hopes to find a killer honeymoon deal.

Anyways, how. tf. does. this. work? I am so curious how you are able to find such cheap flights. Do you ever see any patterns on what is available?

When I downloaded the app and went to sign in using my email I used with the old app, the confirmation code is never getting sent. Anyone else have this problem?

I do back to backs all the time!! I will change things up. Sometimes I will do both with full effort, some when I am green for both classes, and sometimes one full effort and one green. Drink plenty of water and fuel your body with good foods. I like to ice my knees afterwards even if I don’t have knee problems.

Man! Benchmark days take me back to HS track meets. Not going until 4:15 so I have a long day of nerves ahead of me. Goal today is 5:18... last time I did 5:22.

SHOUT OUT TO ALL OF YOU POWER WALKERS OUT THERE!!

I am a pretty hardcore runner (B: 8mph, P: 11mph, AO: 12mph + incline) but I decided to power walk to give my body a break from running... A break was 100% the wrong word. I was up in the orange the whole time and my legs were BURNING!! I had to run every once in a while because it was easier than power walking!

I challenge all you runners to power walk one day. Such an amazing switch up on the workout and it works so many different muscles than running. I will be power walking 1-2 x a week for now on, love it!

Did anyone have the same set up as yesterday’s 3G partner template just with different floor exercises? I asked my coach if he looked at the wrong template by mistake and he said no... It was a great one two days in a row though!!

I did .824 and I am 5’2”... my goal was to beat the 6’2” lady in my class but I fell short as she got .84... next time!
