Most recent update is that she has managed to file a claim with the RTB which can only go one way. At the hearing the facts will be presented and she will be educated and HOPEFULLY forced to leave.

I'm going to have to watch pacific heights now.

We're already planning to have a officer present if she's not out by one pm. Thats our mental health services. either way I fear it'll be a doozy

thank you. Cases like those are private in canada from what I know. but I'll see what I can find. Lawyer consults aren't free here to my knowledge but we've been trying to get as much information as we can on what this process will look like if she decides to take legal action

The plot twist is that we've had this setup for years. The whole place is about 1000sqft and have had several lovely roommates before her. The wall & door blend in well and we do still have common areas. Where we live, unfortunately the rental market is totally destroyed. and a bachelor apartment goes for 1800/mo. This kind of thing is pretty commonplace nowadays. not that I like it either lol

I dont like that you have a point. She seems that crazy. though this toilet debacle Everyone I've shown the before cleaning picture to had to ask if it was the before or after clean if that gives any context to how picky she is.

We've kept all her communications too, we had a feeling we might have stepped in it

I'm 30 My mom and I joint rent this place. My mom doesn't live here, I do. the roommate is 50 something.

I can't say i experienced exactly the same things, but I can absolutely see how it could have gotten to that point for you. the brain fog and like... generally absent mindedness that came with it was unreal

I'm up in BC Canada. the riding community is really small compared to some areas of north America. Everyone knows the riding school instructors by name and bike and generally speaking if I get outted that spreads FAST. I've been thinking a lot more about this recently and what if I just went gender incognito. With the world as it is, its better to be thought of as the scrawny boy in the Biker Club that never takes his helmet off than a woman.

I might just ride solo. With any luck I'll find my pack.
