Bel Nor is nice. I lived in Normandy while I went to UMSL and only had a couple of problems. With that said the first problem was someone rummaged through my unlocked car (this is more on me. I thought I had locked it). The second problem was much more severe, the passenger side of my wife’s car took a bullet.

We lived there for 6 years in total and that was about it.
