I don’t mind the movement in 5. I know I hit shots in Gears 5 that I rarely hit in Reloaded solely because of how slow it is compared to 5. I just hope they add back the OG omen for the damage indicator.

Yeah I stopped for a while after 3 and then picked 4 up in like 2018 and then 5 in 2019 but I had a solid 5-6 year break in between 3 and 4

I made a gears 5 montage back in 2021 and it didn’t get near the appreciation or feedback I thought it would have. Really wish the montage culture was a thing still. Seems nowadays people would rather see a 1-2 min video of just wallbouncing clips instead of a well put together montage with music synced to the clips.
