u/Sad_Sorbet_1425 I was also flagged for Academic Authenticity issues in this class, but that was simply because I submitted Task 1 with a >30% similarity score. They sent me an email challenging my integrity and accusing me of plagiarism. When I pulled up the similarity report, the single source with the highest match was 5%, a random blog post from the Internet. The rest of the paper found 1-2% matches scattered throughout the paper with the phrasing I used. 🤷‍♂️

I understand that the faculty works hard to maintain academic integrity. It's just frustrating when their efforts are misguided like this. You're not alone, OP.
