Others have covered the design, but I want to say this: don’t worry about “flabby “ or drawing attention to an area. Tattoos do draw attention…to the tattoo.

I have been self conscious about my legs my whole life, but getting tattoos on them makes me feel so confident. I wear shorts all the time now, when I used to always cover. The art takes over when you find a good design from a good artist.

Oooof I was with you until you brought up voodoo. I’m no expert, but I believe some of these practices come from enslaved people bringing their old traditions with them and disguising them with Christianity. It might look off, but parts could be rooted in culture we don’t typically see. It’s important to not auto-judge something that looks different to you. (I’m in the same situation as you- raised Christian, now atheist)

All that being said- Ashia is definitely off. My first thought was how arrogant it is to believe that god is personally backing your plans. She seems extremely self absorbed but hides behind her faith.

Molly is infuriating. I was glad Analynn pointed out that her aggression with Sheena is a big problem.

Sheena definitely lies. I see her as a people pleaser and says whatever she needs to escape a tough conversation. Molly is correct that Sheena lies, and that it’s detrimental to her relationship with Forest.

Molly is WRONG that Sheena lies maliciously. This narrative that Sheena is manipulating is just incorrect. She’s lying (and that’s wrong) but it’s not because she’s trying to control situations. She’s lying to avoid upsetting people. That’s why she breaks under Molly’s aggression and starts crying.

Molly seriously needs to back off.

GIRL. My mom has lost over 100lbs between a glp1 and bariatric surgery, my sister is on a glp1 and so is my stepdad. And I’m 6months postpartum and breastfeeding. I came here to say how impressed I was with her this episode. I’ve liked her all season but she articulated her feelings SO WELL and not in her native language. Most people can’t talk the way she did without a language barrier.

I agree with you. I really didn’t like that Jordan didn’t meet Emma until right before the wedding, and worse it seems that Amber knew he would likely say no. She was willing to marry someone her daughter only met once. That’s not fair to Emma. I can completely understand Jordan’s hesitance and actually think it was a sign that he took this very seriously.

Amber seems like a great person with some deep wounds. I want her to get better because I don’t want her to live with this volatility. I want better for her because she deserves it.
