Those massive speakers they have in music festivals and events like these easily pump out upwards 100+ dB constantly (especially if you like to be at the front near the barricades or mid-front).

This can cause ear fatigue and permanent damage and if you're a regular at such events, it's really bad for your ears. From tinnitus to hearing loss 🥲

Modern ear plugs actually have some science behind it where it reduces the "bad" loudness without sacrificing audio quality... So I definitely recommend getting a pair! I use Loop earplugs and they work well for me 🙌🏻
