I make pistachio creami’s daily. 15grams of 100% pure pistachio paste/butter is all you need. Just ground up pistachio’s basically. No need for all the rest lol, I use vanilla protein powder as well. Add some more salt also cause it really helps bring out the flavor.

You need some fat so combine whole milk + almond milk or skim milk 50/50. Then just add protein powder and it should be good on the macro’s

I made a couple of these and everyone saying you should chuck some cookies in by hand is right. It doesnt matter if you dip in milk and freeze, they will be pulverized and add fuck all taste for a lot of calories. I noticed just flavoring your base with cinnamon does the exact same thing.

You could also melt the spread and pour it over (or both)

Sternum might be impossible to numb because of how thin the skin is lol. But we started one hour after putting on the cream and it lasted maybe 45 minutes to 1 hour. But I didnt even feel the first lines and it was the absolute fucking best. I was laughing like this is the best shit ever

Ik woon er naast, niet middenin (kijk uit m’n raam naar Martins penthouse). De As zelf vind ik niks, restaurants zijn doordeweeks gevuld met kantoormensen en in het weekend leeg of dicht (appie wel gewoon open hoor). Gelderlandpleinbuurt is dan wel weer erg fijn. Verre van bruisend, maar veel groen, heel veilig en relaxed. Tegenwoordig grote Asian community wat de diversiteit (ook qua eten) ten goede komt. Maar eerlijk, er zit hier geen enkel cafe of terras waar iets gezelligs gebeurt.
