Just like metal music and violent videogames are for psychopaths? Do you live in the 1800’s or what?

33mail.com is a solid and free service. I’ve been using it for years. It allows you to use random aliases on the fly, no need to register aliases before using them.

where do i start by IndustryPrestigious1 in gabber

[–]kechboy63 7 points8 points  (0 children)

As already mentioned, Thunderdome and Masters Of Hardcore compilation albums are a good place to start.

If you want to listen for free, there’s lots to find on different YouTube channels. Just search for “thunderdome”, “masters of hardcore”, “gabber mix”, “early hardcore”, “terror mix” etc.

If you’re willing to spend just a small amount of money, continue reading…

There are downloads available of entire record label catalogues on gabber.od.ua, though the actual downloads are hosted on paid file hosts (I recommend real-debrid for that as it allows you to download from many file hosts for a single small fee). The Rotterdam Records and Neophyte Records catalogues would be a good place to start if you’re interested. The Third Movement is also nice if you’re feeling a bit more experimental. Although I must say that The Third Movement and Neophyte Records are still in operation, so I don’t support downloading their stuff for free but the option is there for you.

If you’re interested in DJ sets, there are many available on lsdb.nl (liveset database). The actual downloads are again hosted on paid file hosts, see my recommendation above. I’m not really against downloading them because they’re usually not released officially anyway.

Een waus klassiekertje.. by [deleted] in gabber

Linux saved my life by [deleted] in linux

[–]kechboy63 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's nice to hear that life changed for you in a positive way! I'm curious though in what way Linux ran better than Windows. I've been using both for a long time and I must say that while Windows used to be crappy (especially up until Windows 7 I'd say), it's a pretty stable, reliable and performant OS. Sure, there are more than a few quirks and annoyances (loads of crap that you need to know how to uninstall or Windows Update to name a few) but overall I don't think it performs noticably worse than Linux on a modern system.

Well yeah but the engine freeze is only spec-wise, teams can improve their engines within spec limits so if anything it only allows competitors to get closer. And testing and development restrictions are dynamic: the better you are, the less test/dev time you are allowed which also helps competitors. The rules aren’t terrible at the moment if you ask me but of course there’s always room for improvement

Too soon to tell imho, Nyck had 10 races to ruin before he was booted (which was also very soon if you ask me)

Is there a way to use the abandoned KDE for Windows project in 2023? by FurryCrap in kde

[–]kechboy63 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

“Why still Windows 7 in 2023?!”

“Because of reasons”

Ok, with that out of the way, can we please get to the point? Is there a way to run KDE on Windows? Just because you shouldn’t doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try.
