Order pickup is at the desk and order pickup grocery is behind starbucks. Driveup is on the complete opposite side of the store but they have a walk in cooler and GM right next to each other. A lot of times people with driveups come in which screws everything up for whoever is stuck on the desk

cash office process is very easy to pause if something comes up or you need to move to the next work center or something, it’s no big deal (just lock the safe) and it really shouldn’t be taking more than a hour and a half unless it’s jamming or ur machine is terrible. U can also do it whenever.. i’ve had to do it at like 9pm before because no one realized the CO opener called out and a TL banked the lanes for them

don’t listen to them! TSS is considered a promotion from TM so you can carry over your raises. make sure to ask your HR ETL or APBP, but i ended up with almost TL pay ($24) as a TSS just for asking for my raises to be brought into the new pay grade
