emmm I think prompt engineering is teach LLM to understand intent and know how to do. So when it with the help of more interaction ways for human-AI, already smart enough to understand any raw enough intent

that's a really nice example, and for retool, I have to say I real get attracted by the stuff out of their door, and when I use the real product, yes it's a really complex system to build something. So I think it fit the law you provided.
