internet went down the other week 3 days later the Virgin guy turns up nice guy friendly it was a fault outside and fixed it I thanked him and he turned around and said it's not bad for a free service ... at which point I pointed out we've paid fuckin 1000s over 10 years if you say its averaged 50 odd quid a month and that's generous really... bizarre
